SECNAP Network Security is committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors and clients. We uphold the highest industry standards in online privacy and protection. SECNAP does not send unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or spam. You must explicitly request information from SECNAP Network Security before SECNAP will email you.

SECNAP’s website uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We store the information in a database in a secure environment at our data center.
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information to anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your requesting information.
Upon request, SECNAP will allow users to “opt-out” of promotional contacts at any time. Also, upon a user’s request, SECNAP will delete the user and his or her personal information from its database.
Information Tracked
At times we will use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website and track usage. We also may track browser types to help us understand our visitors’ needs related to our website design.
There is an optional section of our website where registration forms require your name, company, address, phone and email address. This form provides the ability to opt-in to receive future emails from SECNAP as well as receive access to optional sections of our website. If you opt-in to receive email communications from us, then we may send information to you about our products or services.
You may review and change or delete your information with us at any time by clicking on the “modify profile” link or similar found at the bottom of emails sent via our system or by accessing the registration section of our website.
Managed Network Security Services, Network Security and Compliance Audits, Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessments
SECNAP Engineers do not collect, maintain or forward any personally identifiable information (PPI) during their normal course of work. Any PPI accidentally received is immediately destroyed and the originating organization or individual is notified of both the accidental disclosure and the disposition of the PPI. All communications from SECNAP’s CloudJacketX IDS/IPS and/or auditing or testing servers is sent using TLS encryption.
Cookies
Client-side cookies are used to verify the login status of customers using products or services linked directly with our website. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any PPI while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, the user may still use our site; however, the user may not be able to access all areas of our site.
Server-side cookies are used to track web usage, to identify ‘worm based’ accesses, and to allow SECNAP to determine which web pages you visited so that we may assist you better. If a user rejects the cookie, the user may still use our site; however, the user may not be able to access all areas of our site.
Third-Party Disclosure
SECNAP Network Security may use from time to time a limited number of third-party service providers, contractors, and other businesses to assist us in providing our solutions to our customers or in meeting internal business operation needs. These third-parties may access process or store personal data in the course of performing their duties to SECNAP.
SECNAP is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. SECNAP complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

If at any point we decide to use PPI in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users through an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.
